There is a need to open good schools and colleges in Kashmir so that better human resources are ready and they can be taught better values. An attempt should be made to restore peace in the Kashmir valley through a change in political ways so that thousands of tourists can come and people can get jobs there. For Kashmiri students, schools and colleges across the country should be opened. The industry should give a large number of Kashmiri graduates to their place. There is a need for an election campaign which tells the people to create opportunities for 95 per cent of the people, including the Kashmiris. Employment opportunities can not wait long.
