Employment will lead to piece in kashmir after pulwama attack

Employment creation will leads  peace in kashmir.

Employment creation in Kashmir Valley is an important part of the creation of peace.

Although the Pulwama terrorists are talking hard on this issue since the terrorist incident.
From this point it will all agree that our main national priority is employment generation. In the last few days, on the various pages of this newspaper, the former and current members of the National Statistical Commission have seen debate about the authenticity of their own report on employment. Such stories have been in the headlines where people in the government were seen talking about employment generation while the opposition parties expressed their desire to end or reduce jobs. This chain ceased when the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel were attacked in Pulwama on the terror attack. From then on till now both the newspapers and television have been involved in the incident related to the terrorist attack. Until the terrorist attack in Pulwama, this article was about to be fully employed, but now it is related to Kashmir. It seems as if employment can still wait and that issue can be raised later.
Employment in Kashmir after Pulwama attack will lead to peace

This article is not about 40 CRPF personnel killed in the terror attack in Pulwama. These young people were summoned in the cheeks of untimely age, disaster struck on their families. This article is also not about a potential change, the result may be more tragic. One more thing, this article is also not related to politics that combines competitive nationalism. This article is about the tragedy whose name is Kashmir. The Kashmir Valley is one of the world's most beautiful places on any standard. Geographical beauty of Srinagar, Gulmarg or Pahalgam and work of wood, carpet and embroidery etc. make Jammu Kashmir a tourist from the point of view of tourism.

When we were children, Kashmir used to be our family's favorite place to celebrate holidays. By 1989 we used to go to Kashmir continuously. After that, this series was disrupted till 2011. After 2011 we made three trips to Kashmir. Until a few years ago, it seemed as if things were becoming normal in Kashmir. Thousands of tourists were turning to the Kashmir Valley. The advantage of this was also getting the economy of Kashmir. For the first time in two decades, employment opportunities were being created in the Kashmir Valley and the youth was awake about the future.

In 2011 and 2011, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) made a great initiative called Flying. Under this, thousands of MBAs and engineering students from Kashmir were given a tour of the industries of Mumbai and Pune. Those like us who hosted these children in their companies, should have felt that the students were pleased to see our technology and we have influenced them all with the ability of our management. But they told us that they were most enjoyed seeing the shopping malls and multiplexes for the first time in their life.

This is the same spirit that led to birth in India but now the number of people living in America has increased from 1 million in 1980 to today's 30 lakhs. Most of these have now taken US citizenship too. Today, due to their economic success, funding of some of the big Nationalist organizations of the country is today. This sense of nationalism is connected with economic possibilities and opportunities, it is very powerful. The students we interviewed at MBA were not a normal conservative child. Because of their education and the initiative of CII, they were included in 5 percent of the fortunate children while 95 percent of their other brothers and sisters did not have the fate of them.

But the long-term solution to the Kashmir problem lies in this. There is a need to open good schools and colleges in Kashmir so that better human resources are ready and they can be taught better values. An attempt should be made to restore peace in the Kashmir valley through a change in political ways so that thousands of tourists can come and people can get jobs there. For Kashmiri students, schools and colleges across the country should be opened. The industry should give a large number of Kashmiri graduates to their place. There is a need for an election campaign which tells the people to create opportunities for 95 per cent of the people, including the Kashmiris. Employment opportunities can not wait long.
